How We Develop Our People
Most people learn real estate on the job, alone. At PIA, you learn inside a system.
New team members are paired with experienced mentors and trained on the same processes our teams use every day. As you grow, you can deepen your expertise in one team or move across leasing, management and sales to understand how a property performs as a long-term asset.
You also learn directly from our founder. Justin Wang’s market insights, seminars and training sessions are shared across the business. You gain a long-term view of property that most agents take years to develop.
