PIA (Property Investors Alliance) is a Sydney property management group founded in 2005. Today we manage more than 5,000 rental properties for landlords across Greater Sydney, safeguarding over $2.5 billion in combined asset value.
We manage every property as a long-term asset. Your investment is not left to one stretched property manager. It runs through seven specialist teams: Leasing, Rent Collection, Inspections, Maintenance, Rent Reviews, Tenant Service and Landlord Service. Each team owns one stage of your property’s performance, so structure, data and clear accountability take the place of guesswork.
Our residential sales and leasing teams work on the same platform, so owners can buy, lease, manage and sell with one connected team. We operate from our head office at Sydney Olympic Park and our Inner South office in Mascot, guided by one idea: From Property to Prosperity.

Our philosophy
From Property to Prosperity is more than a tagline. It is the framework behind how we operate. We believe anyone can build financial confidence through property, as long as that property is treated as a long-term asset and run with structure, discipline and informed decisions.
In practice, we manage property as a performance-driven asset. We put long-term outcomes ahead of short-term wins, base decisions on data rather than opinion, and reduce risk through disciplined processes. These principles are not marketing statements. They are how our teams work every day.
Our history
- 2005: PIA opens in a small office with a big vision: from property to prosperity.
- 2010: Our market presence grows as clients embrace our support across every stage of ownership.
- 2015: We move into our 7,000m² self-owned headquarters at 2 Australia Avenue, and sales surpass $1.7 billion.
- 2020: $2.7 billion in sales and 11% of NSW’s new home market.
- 2022: We launch Proxima and shift our focus to post-purchase services, including property management and high-performance resales.
- 2025: We bring in more advanced technology and management systems, opening a new chapter of innovation and partnerships.
Our leadership
Justin Wang founded PIA after arriving in Australia more than 20 years ago with no capital or connections. He built the business from the ground up through discipline, long-term thinking and a deep understanding of Sydney residential property. He continues to lead it as Founder and Managing Director.
Justin believes good property knowledge should not be reserved for the few. He regularly hosts free seminars, live online classes and landlord workshops, including the Sydney Landlord Bootcamp. These sessions are open to every property owner, whether they hold their first investment or their tenth, and they give practical tools to manage assets well and build lasting wealth.
Our people
PIA has one of Sydney’s largest full-time property management teams. These are dedicated, salaried specialists rather than a handful of agents juggling everything, and they look after more than 5,000 properties every day.
That scale is what makes our seven-team model work. Leasing, Rent Collection, Inspections, Maintenance, Rent Reviews, Tenant Service and Landlord Service each have their own people and clear responsibilities, so every stage of your property is handled by someone whose full-time job is getting that stage right. Our multilingual teams serve landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers across Greater Sydney with the same systems and the same standards.

Our Mascot office gives dedicated local support to owners, landlords, tenants and buyers across Sydney’s Inner South. This area has seen strong residential growth and steady demand for well-managed rentals. The team works closely with our central operations to deliver property management, leasing, rental appraisals and sales across Mascot, Rosebery, Zetland, Alexandria, Botany, Banksmeadow, Pagewood, Eastlakes and surrounds.
Partner with PIA
We work with licensed agents, buyer’s agents and property professionals who want more than one-off commissions. Our platform combines residential sales, a rental portfolio of more than 5,000 properties and a full-time property management operation. Partners can use all of it to build recurring income and long-term client relationships.
There are three ways to work with us:
- Join PIA as a sales agent, with an agent-first commission structure.
- Join our Partner Program: you keep the client relationship, and PIA handles leasing, management and operations.
- Refer property buyers, owners and management clients through our referral partnership.
Every partner gets training, marketing support and proven systems, so they can focus on clients rather than infrastructure.

2010
As our market presence reached new heights, it became clear that PIA’s commitment to supporting clients through different stages of property ownership was truly resonating with the market.
2015
PIA moved into its 7,000m² self-owned headquarters at 2 Australia Avenue, showcasing strength and deep Sydney roots, with sales surpassing $1.7 billion, officially leading the market.
2020
With $2.7 billion in sales — 0.1% of Australia’s GDP — PIA secured 11% of NSW’s new home market, marking a new chapter of scale and strength.
2022
PIA strategically extended it’s ecosystem with the launch of Proxima__ enabling us to shift focus toward post purchase services including property management & high performance resales.
2025
With the ongoing evolution of property management systems and the launch of Justin Club, anew chapter begins driving innovation and partnerships and unlocking limitless future possibilities.
