Founder & Managing Director
Justin Wang came to Sydney from China in the 1990s with no capital, no connections and no safety net. He spent his first years working long hours in whatever jobs he could find, just to cover the rent. Those years taught him a lesson that still shapes PIA: for most families, property isn’t an abstract asset. It’s security.
In 2005, he opened PIA in a small office, as its only employee. He answered the phone, met every client and looked after every property himself. Word spread. The business grew. It moved, and it grew again.
By 2015, PIA had moved into its own 7,000m² headquarters at 2 Australia Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park. That building is still home to the business today.

Most agencies give your property to one property manager. PIA gives it to seven specialist teams: Leasing, Rent Collection, Inspections, Maintenance, Rent Reviews, Tenant Service and Landlord Service.
They are backed by our in-house finance, trust accounting, compliance, legal, marketing and operations teams. Together, they make up one of Sydney’s largest full-time property management operations.
